The sawing line consists of a tilting loading conveyor, long cut bridge saw with three independent saw heads, a separating conveyor to remove waste, a cross cut bridge with two independent saw heads and a finished product output conveyor. The line will process marble and granite to maximum thickness of 50mm, producing tiles, strips or cut-to-size pieces.
The machine is equipped with a digital slab imaging system to optimise stone usage and reduce waste. This system also allows the user to plan the slab layout and avoid having slab defects in the finish product.
The line is in good condition and is now available to view working.
