Horizontal multi-head Edge Polisher easily shapes & polishes monolithic and laminated edges in a single-pass.
Preprogrammed profiles for a variety of shapes make setup fast and simple; profiles include flat edge, flat edge with radius top & bottom, bullnose, half-bullnose, demi-bullnose, and other convex shapes for 2 cm (3/4") to 6 cm (2-3/8") stone thickness.
The "Velocity" can handle pieces up to 12' long x 12' wide (with support conveyor).
Control: Easy-to-use, user-friendly color touch-screen; preprogrammed operator parameters including profile configurations for varying stone thicknesses, conveyor speed, spindle motor selection, spindle stagger & holddown timing.
Additional controls: User-friendly help screens, on-screen diagnostics, maintenance schedule management, setup screens, and more.
