DIAMANTFIL 1200 SHV / JOLLY
A new multi-function stationary diamond wire saw. The main functions are : Stone panel, Horizontal cutting, Vertical cutting. It is suitable for processing small blocks (2,5 mt width, 1,2 mt height and 3,5 mt deepness) and slabs splitting (stone panels), block dressing / squaring and slabs from one dimension stone block. DF 1200 SHV grants space reduction, easy/quick assembly, simple foundations together with the usual top cutting precision of Pellegrini saws. The "Jolly" version adds the profiling capability 2D.
In this Jolly version configuration, the vertical movement of the two main flywheels, the shift of the block trolley and the rotation of the two groups of guide-wheels are controlled by a PC (4 axes). Program the bi-dimensional profile via computer, using our software Graphic 2D or load it in .dwg or .dxf format AutoCAD files.

Heavy rigid structure, equipped with 20 ton block trolley. The 1.2 meter flywheels (by electric motor with inverter) adjusted linear speed 0-40 mt/sec. Up-down carriages of the flywheels move independently on recirculating ball guides facilitating the alignment of the wire to the stone panel for splitting. Two groups of guide-wheels are horizontally manually adjustable, and manually rotated by 90 degrees and fixed in any position, to be placed near the block or slab, granting high accuracy. For marble, granite, and natural stone.
