Horizontal in-line multi-head polishing machine with 6 + 2 spindle heads for granite marble and engineered stone. For flat, Pencil edge to Bullnose edges with some limited grinding available for concave edges.

Through conveyor feed along polishing heads; Calibrating, Gauging bevels and main Polishing group w/oscillating heads.

Multi-link motion mechanism, uses diamond or stone wheels and handles thicknesses of 20 to 60 mm (3/4″ – 2-3/8″), min. material width 175 mm (6-7/8″).

Highlights: Stored and custom profiles, individual spindle control and activation, individual pneumatic pressure controls on overhead holddown rollers.

600 MM (23-1/2″) wide Conveyor supported by idle rollers, 0 – 3 MPM (0 – 120 IPM) variable feed speed.

Installed power: 50 kW, requires 150 – 200 Ltr of water/Minute at 20 – 30 PSI water pressure.

Installed dimensions 28.6′ x 7.8′.
