The LCV machine is a polishing unit for straight flat-squared 1 to 6 cm thick marble or granite edges. The working mode is on a continuous process basis; this means that all the pieces are loaded one after the other. Comes with 1500mm roller tables as standard. Please note: on the machine, and move past a series of mandrels so that they come out completely finished. In the LCV the marble and granite pieces are placed vertically as they are usually handled, and it is this system that, beside avoiding possible breaks of the material, reduces machine cluttering and also the area necessary for the operation. Moreover the LCV does not require either foundations or special inclination for water discharge. In fact, it can simply be placed on the ground and as it is completely streamlined, the discharged water can be easily directed to a point at some distance, by means of a hose connected to a special drain. Protective galvanized priming coat after a sandblasting and three coats of paint. It is possible to have the LCV 611 and LCV 711 M fitted with a calibrating-dripstone mandrel or a shaping dripstone mandrel.
