Machine structure steel-welded, fully worked in boring.
All our machines are subjected to a treatment against corrosion by sandblasting, metalizing, painting. Carter painted with cataphoresis treatment before coating and stainless steel casings
Ability to work without the contrast bar, thanks to a special system on the conveyor belt rollers guided by grooves, and the anchor of the piece by pneumatic pistons.
Operation oscillating polishing group by the original system patented lever, operated by hydraulic pistons controlled electronically. Oscillating mechanism, placed in special boxes in an oil bath.
