INTERMAC “Master Stone 4000″: 2001 model, useable bed size of 157″ x 90”, 10 HP direct drive electro-spindle, variable speed to 0 – 15,000 RPM.

  Automatic tool changer with (2) side mounted linear tool racks with (14) positions each (28 total), ISO 40 tool mounting.

  Water recovery system keeps water from running on the floor.

  3-Axis multi-functional work center suitable for carving, milling, drilling, grinding, polishing writing/lettering, profiling, inlay, aging etc; perfect for glass, stone, or quartz.

  Extremely rigid structure, 50 mm precision ground ball screws on all axes can handle heavy loads.

  Automatic lubrication, Over size guides and bearings, Brushless servo motors, Y-axis driven on both sides.

  Precision ground bed that utilizes double sided suction cups, Automatic system for locating suction cups and back stops.

  OSAI “S10” Numerical controller with monitor.

  Multitasking Windows CAD-CAM programming system, DXF protocol can import and export all types of profiles from and to other CAD systems.

  CAM program generates machining tool trajectories and includes functions for optimization of tool paths and tool management.

  Video simulation for program checking and for calculating machining time and costs. “Stone CAM” software module for designing the profile to produce directly on the machine, vast library of parametric figures that can be modified, reproduced, and memorized for future use.

  Can trace templates using an on-board laser.
